Nominee MUST:
1. Be a pastor or ministry leader employed full-time at organization for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.

2. Serve in a recognized IRS 501c(3) church or ministry organization and in good standing.

3. Organization must have been established and operating for at least five (5) consecutive years.

4. Reside on the island of Oahu.

5. Only completed submissions will be considered.

6. Previous awardees/honorees/recipients are not eligible.
